Ballotine of fresh turkey rolled with herbs set with chipolata sausage wrapped in smoked pancetta, turkey meatball with marsala and cranberry gravy

Scottish sirloin steak cooked your way and served with hand cut chips, seasonal vegetables and a creamy peppercorn sauce

Breast of chicken cooked with mushrooms and onions in a champagne and cream sauce served on a bed of rice
